Orders going to Canadian addresses do not have tracking. If you would like an upgrade, please send me a message and I can set that up for you. Canadian shipping upgrades can be around $20 or more.

Orders going to U.S.A. addresses will have tracking.

Unfortunately I cannot make bracelets for babies.
Due to the possibility of a choking hazard, by law my bracelets cannot be sold and be worn by children younger than 6.

If your package does not arrive by the 30th day, please contact me as it is considered lost by that point so I can offer a replacement.

Certain times in the year the mail system slows down due to gift giving days such as Valentines day, Easter, Mothers/Fathers Day, Christmas, etc... Please be aware that your package will take longer to reach you during these times.

Tracking does speed up the shipping process a little bit.

Double check your order and make sure the address is correct.
Once an order has been shipped, there is no way for me to stop the process. It is on the way to the address that is provided. If you have mail forwarding activated for your old address going to your new address and you use your old address for your order, there's a chance it may still go to the old address. Please use your newest address to avoid your package being late or not arriving at all. There is no tracking unless you purchase tracking at checkout.

I ship from Canada, and our postal service Canada Post is the most expensive postal company in the world.

With very expensive shipping costs, I try to avoid passing those costs off to my customers, so I tend to charge less for shipping and eat the costs in the item price, because no one wants to pay $7 for shipping (unless it offered tracking).

I do offer a cheaper price for tracking which can be selected at checkout in a drop down menu.

I try my best to make sure that shipping costs aren't too expensive.
